In a similar way as the 1-2-1 partnership, during this program you have an unconditional partner to support you every step of the way, invested in your growth and the actualisation of your unique brilliance.
During the space of 7 weeks we use the specific set of tools devised by Shirzad Chamine and his team to support your growth and deepen your self-actualisation.
This programme is for you if you are ready to invest time, money and energy into your own transformation and are open to train daily with a new set of tools including the PQ® app.
YOUR INVESTMENT IN TIME
FOUNDATION PQ®: 6 weeks program
•15 mins of exercises a day
•Brief journaling daily
•1hr course on video released every Saturday during six weeks
•1hr coaching with me weekly for 8 weeks
-1h presentation of the Positive Intelligence program
-6 x 1hr coaching
-1hr coaching and debriefing after the course is completed
GROW PQ®: 3 months or 6 months program
•20 mins of exercises a day
•Brief journaling at your own pace
•1hr course on video during six months, again you decide to watch the video once a week, bi-monthly, depending on your schedule and what module you decide to focus on
•1hr coaching and PQ training weekly for 3 months and then bi-monthly for the reminder 3 months, if you decide to take a 6 months membership
